The ÁñÁ«ÊÓƵ Review Has Released its Best Business Schools for 2022 Ranking Lists
Lists Name Top 10 On-Campus MBA Programs in 18 Categories & Top 50 Online MBA Programs
NEW YORK, December 14, 2021 / — The ÁñÁ«ÊÓƵ Review®— the education services company known for its test prep, tutoring, and college and grad school rankings—today released its ranking lists of Best Business Schools for 2022.
The ÁñÁ«ÊÓƵ Review reports these annual ranking lists—accessible for free at www.princetonreview.com/best-business-schools —in two groups. One names the best On-Campus MBA Programs: that list features 18 categories and identifies the top 10 schools for each category in rank order. The other names the best Online MBA programs: that list identifies the top 50 schools in rank order.
On the lists of On-Campus MBA Programs for 2022, Stanford University (CA) earned the most #1 rankings, finishing first on five lists including Best Classroom Experience, Best MBA for Marketing, and Toughest to Get Into. Cornell University earned the second most #1 rankings, finishing first on three lists: Best Career Prospects, Best Campus Environment, and Most Family-Friendly.
On the list of Top 50 Online MBA Programs for 2022, Indiana University—Bloomington earned the #1 ranking for the fourth consecutive year.
The ÁñÁ«ÊÓƵ Review tallied its lists of Best Business Schools for 2022 based on data from its surveys of nearly 26,000 students enrolled in MBA programs at 375 schools, and of administrators at those schools. Six of the lists were based solely on data from student surveys. Eleven were based on data from student and administrator surveys. One was based solely on data from administrator surveys.

About The ÁñÁ«ÊÓƵ Review's On-Campus MBA Lists
The ÁñÁ«ÊÓƵ Review tallied its 18 lists of top 10 on-campus MBA schools for 2022 based on data from surveys of administrators at 241 such schools in 2020-21, and of more than 18,900 students enrolled at the schools during the 2020-21, 2019-20, and 2018–19 academic years. The administrator survey contained more than 300 questions about the MBA programs. The student survey asked students more than 90 questions about their school's academics, student body, and campus life, as well as their career plans.
About The ÁñÁ«ÊÓƵ Review’s Online MBA Programs Ranking List
The ÁñÁ«ÊÓƵ Review tallied its list of the top 50 online MBA schools for 2022 based on its 2020-21 survey of administrators at more than 130 business schools offering online MBAs (defined as where a majority of the program is online). The company also factored in data from its survey in 2020–2021 of more than 7,000 students enrolled in the online MBA programs. More than 60 data points were weighted to determine the list and rankings. The criteria focused on five core areas: academics, selectivity, faculty, technical platforms, and career outcomes.
Note: All schools that participate in The ÁñÁ«ÊÓƵ Review surveys for its Best Business Schools project are considered for the ranking lists. Schools that do not participate are not considered.
