The ÁñÁ«ÊÓƵ Review (“we”, “us” or “our”) is committed to ensuring access to its products and services for its students with disabilities in accordance with applicable law. Therefore, we provide, among other things, the following:
- We caption our informational and marketing videos on our website and on third party websites.
- We caption pre-recorded videos in our courses, tutoring programs, and other programs for test prep. We will provide the captioning transcripts of these videos upon request from a student enrolled in one of our test prep programs who is deaf or hard of hearing. Requests for transcripts should be made at the time of enrollment.
- For live sessions (including online sessions) of our test prep programs, we will provide to students who are deaf or hard of hearing American Sign Language interpreters or real-time captioning with access to the full captioning transcript upon request. If a student enrolls in a test prep program less than 4 business days before the first live session of the program or makes the request less than 4 business days before an optional live session of the program, we will take commercially reasonable steps to provide the requested service at the time of the session. If a student requests real-time captioning, we will also provide the full captioning transcript.
- We will provide students enrolled in a test prep tutoring program who are deaf or hard of hearing the opportunity to conduct tutoring sessions (including online sessions) that are included in the program or other live one-on-one consultation sessions that are included in the program through a synchronous text-based communication format or through the Telecommunications Relay Service described upon request.
- We will support assistive technologies such as screen magnifiers, alternative keyboards, screen readers, alternative pointing devices, and text-to-speech conversion products.
- In the online student dashboard for our test prep programs, we provide a timer which students can set to provide additional time to take tests. Please note that our better scores money back guarantee requires that if a practice test is used to establish a starting score, then the test must be timed, and students may have additional time to take tests to match extended testing time accommodations that a test administrator may have granted to them (such as double the time to take a test).
- Service animals are permitted on our premises open to students or the public in accordance with applicable law. A service animal is any dog that has been individually trained to do work or perform tasks for the benefit of an individual with a disability. Animals whose sole function is to provide comfort or emotional support do not qualify as service animals under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Some state and local laws also define service animal more broadly than the ADA does.
- Our policy is to ensure that live, in-person classes are held at locations that are accessible to individuals with disabilities.
The above list is not intended to be exhaustive. If you need an accommodation that is not listed above, please contact us as set forth below.
Requesting an Accommodation for Our Test Prep Programs:
If you are enrolled in one of our courses, tutoring programs, or other programs for test prep and need an accommodation, please email us at accessibility@review.com or call us at 800-369-4589. Please contact us as soon as you know that you will need an accommodation but at least 4 business days before the start of the program or before the session for which you will need the accommodation to provide us a reasonable amount of time to set up your accommodation. By contacting us about an accommodation, please note that you are consenting to our processing of sensitive data (which is defined in the Colorado Privacy Act, the Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act, and other privacy laws and includes personal data revealing physical health diagnosis) that you may provide to us.
Contact Us with Questions or Complaints:
If you have questions about accommodations or if you find that any of our products or services are not accessible as required by law or as set forth above, please email us at accessibility@review.com or call us at 800-369-4589.
If you have any questions about the material covered in one of our test prep programs that arise from errors in a real-time captioning transcript, please contact the individual who arranged for you to receive the transcript so that we can provide corrected transcripts. If contacting the individual does not resolve the issue and if the transcript deviates significantly from the real-time captions that were provided for the live session, then please email us at accessibility@review.com or call us at 800-369-4589.
If you are deaf or hard of hearing and you notify us that we failed to provide a legally required accommodation and that such failure negatively impacted your ability to fully access and benefit from a live session (including online session) of a test prep program, then we will offer you the opportunity to retake the impacted session within a reasonable time frame if feasible. If there is no other similar live session within a reasonable time frame, we may offer a captioned recording of the impacted session along with the tutoring transcripts, a free tutoring session that covers the material in the impacted session, or a full refund of the amount you paid for the program if you withdraw from the program.
